                     Bassett Creek Park Extension and Hagemeister Pond Park, Crystal MN

(with Hoisington Koegler Group)  Extensive consensus-building process toward development of two distinct park master plans to enhance the City of Crystal’s system of open space.  Master plans include water quality improvements, a natural areas management plan, maintenance plan, phasing schedule, cost analysis and potential funding sources

 

Keewaydin and Pershing Parks, Minneapolis MN

Minneapolis Parks & Recreation Board

(with Hoisington Koegler Group) Community consensus-building through construction renovation of two neighborhood playgrounds in south Minneapolis.

 

Flood Mitigation Basins, Minneapolis MN - Minneapolis Department of Public Works - (with Hoisington Koegler Group) Landscape plan from schematics to construction documents for new neighborhood open space that serves to mitigate flooding from the Minnehaha Creek Watershed.  Project area is approximately six and one-half acres in size, or about 39 traditional residential city lots.
